Registrations fees                                                                 

Online registration opens on 15 June and closes on 15 November 2024, 23.59 (CET). However, on-site registration in Tokyo will be possible (please refer to on-site rates).

Only participants who register online will receive pre-printed badges and be included in the participants list distributed on site.

Payments of early bird registrations must be received by IAU no later than 1 October 2024. After this date, unpaid early bird registrations will transfer to the full rate.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that requests for reimbursement must be sent to IAU before 20 October 2024.  50.00 € (Euro) will be retained to cover administration costs. No requests for reimbursement will be processed after this date. Thank you for your understanding.
