About ELP

The IAU Executive Leadership Programme (ELP) is a capacity-building programme for current and emerging university leaders. It possesses a global ambition to assist university leaders across all higher education systems in addressing shared challenges. The ELP delves into central aspects of higher education management and empowers university leaders to navigate the contextual and political dimensions of university leadership.  In essence, the ELP provides a structured framework to address major managerial, ethical, economic, and societal issues that universities encounter. The year-long programme consists of 12 modules dedicated to Higher Education Management and Transformative, Values-based Leadership.
