Hotel Rates

We have a limited amount of rooms left at $ 224.00* (plus taxes), with the remainder of the Room Block being at $ 292.00 * (plus taxes) per room single/double per night plus a $20 resort fee.
Rates are available from 9/23/2024 through 10/1/24.

A limited amount of upgraded rooms at negotiated additional rates are available on the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort website using the weblink below.

A special discounted resort fee has been negotiated for attendees. The fee is $20* (plus tax) per room per day (normally $35 + tax).

A limited number of pre-event and post-event rooms (3 nights pre and 3 nights post) may be available at these rates  and all are based on availability at the hotel's discretion.  These are the dates of 9/21/24 - 9/25/24 and 9/29/24 to 10/2/24.

A one night’s room deposit is required at time of booking.

*Rates are available from 9/23/2024 through 10/1/24 plus taxes which can change between now and the start of the conference.  

We have negotiated special parking rates of $30 per car per day for Valet Parking and $25 per car per day for self parking.
