Debra Brennan Tagg, CFP, ’89 is President of BFS Advisory Group located in Dallas, Texas. Debra is also the creator of the DBT360 Financial Plan, a proprietary program that helps her clients use their money to have the life they want by prioritizing their goals, leveraging their resources, and addressing their risks, all through a framework of their personal values. She is a wealth manager for both individual and institutional clients, focusing on the unique challenges facing aspiring families, high-net-worth individuals, women and entrepreneurs. She and her team tailor financial and tax strategies and design investment portfolios to meet each client’s retirement, education, wealth building and estate planning goals. She is among D CEO’s Dallas 500, the most powerful business leaders in Dallas-Forth Worth; was named the 2019 Corporate Leader of the Year for D CEO’s Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship Awards; and was the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas 2015 Innovator of the Year. Kathleen Cullinan ’89 is an experienced financial accounting professional who is currently working as Controller for Microe Enterprises, Inc. She has utilized her knowledge of both accounting and personal finance to pursue a second career as an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®). Kathleen works with clients to help them identify and address their financial issues and create individualized plans to improve their financial wellness and achieve financial goals. She is especially passionate about working with women clients to help them increase their financial knowledge and confidence. Kathleen holds a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University. In 2021, she completed the Anne Welsh McNulty Institute for Women’s Leadership - Women’s Leadership Development Certificate Program. She is currently a candidate in the AFCPE® (Association For Financial Counseling & Planning Education) Accredited Financial Counselor certification program.
Joyce Harden ’21 serves as the Assistant Director of Graduate Student Experience in the Center for Graduate Research and Education (Grad Center). Joyce’s work in the Grad Center focuses on building community within the graduate student population. Joyce also serves as the lead facilitator for the Grad Student Peer Mentorship program and has been instrumental in building critical financial support mechanisms for graduate students, including the Graduate Student Emergency Fund and a buy-nothing Grad Student closet. In 2021 she completed the Anne Welsh McNulty Institute for Women’s Leadership - Women’s Leadership Development Certificate Program. Joyce is currently pursuing her MBA with specializations in Artificial Intelligence and International Business in the Villanova School of Business. She is a proud mother of a Villanova student, and she is deeply passionate about working with students, especially with students of color. Joyce is dedicated to creating a supportive community of people who are committed to helping empower the next generation with real-world financial skills and practical knowledge and responsible decision-making for a secure financial future. Joyce has received several awards in recognition of her work, including most recently, Villanova’s Above and Beyond and Facultas awards.
