Annual fire and EMS leadership conference and Expo hosted by the Arizona Fire Chiefs Association and Arizona Fire District Association.

The group rates for this year are:                 $116/night  - Standard King/Double

                                                                                          $166/night - King Suite

The rate  includes in room WiFi and $5/day garage or valet parking. 

The group rates extends for a limited number of rooms immediately prior to and after the conference for those that want to arrive early or stay over for a relaxing weekend.

The hotel sold out last year so it is recommended that you book your room early.

The deadline to book your room is June 25.  After that date the group rate is not guaranteed.

Reservation Etiquette (please read this before making your reservation)


In past years the hotel sold out prior to the conference (good thing) but unfortunately we received a number of last minute cancellations (bad thing) and a number of conference attendees were not able to stay at the host hotel (very bad thing).

As a courtesy to all attendees we ask that you please consider the following as you make your reservation:
 

  1. Make your reservation early to avoid being left out.
     
  2. Reserve only the number of rooms you realistically think you or your organization will use - please avoid booking "just in case" rooms
     
  3. If it becomes necessary to cancel a room please do not wait until the last minute and please contact conference staff BEFORE you cancel.  If we know of cancellations far enough in advance we may be able to assist other attendees in obtaining a room at the host hotel.
     
  4. IMPORTANT: If you are unable to book a room at the Renaissance please let Andrea Glass with the conference staff know.  We will maintain a wait list and may be able to assist you in obtaining a room if there is a cancellation.

 

Our goal is to have as many attendees as desire stay at the host hotel.
