Please be advised that you must book your hotel reservation via the hotel booking link – it is not included in your conference registration. We recommend booking your hotel reservation at the same time you register for the conference.

Foodservice Operators: A credit card is required when booking your hotel reservation for incidentals or for a longer stay beyond the conference dates. IFMA will cover hotel accommodations for up to two nights (Sunday & Monday) for all qualified operators attending the conference. IFMA will provide a list of Foodservice Operator attendees to the hotel after conference check-in, and those rooms will be re-routed to IFMA's Master account.     

If you request an upgraded room and/or an extended stay, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. Should your plans change, and you are not able to attend the conference, reservations must be cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge.     

IFMA reviews and approves all operator registrations to ensure adherence to standards established by our Board of Directors. IFMA reserves the right to request additional information and may decline any unqualified operator registrations.    

All Attendees: The hotel cut-off date is Friday, February 16. Please be advised that IFMA cannot guarantee the group rate past the hotel cut-off date and that the IFMA room block could sell out ahead of the cut-off date.
