As part of the conference agenda, we will be hosting two structured opportunities for attendees to have intimate and purposeful dialogue with current or potential customers.

Operator-Hosted Speed Meetings 

Held annually, speed meetings are one of the most impactful and unique components of COEX allowing for valuable face-to-face dialogue between attendees and operator leaders. This is an opportunity for attending operators to host a table, share their goals, objectives, and needs with other attendees. 

• Monday, March 4 at 3:30-5:30pm 
• Open to all attendees.  
• First come, first served – with operators seated at tables and attendees moving about the room for fast-paced rounds of conversation.

Operator/Manufacturer Scheduled Meetings – NEW!

This new format will allow for manufacturers to register to be paired with individual operators for direct meetings based on mutual interest. 

• Tuesday, March 5 at 8:00-9:30am 
• Exclusively for registered manufacturer and operator companies of IFMA COEX 2024.
• Additional registration/sign-up required. 
• Complimentary for operators and $395 flat fee for manufacturers. 
• Individual meetings based on mutual product type matching.

Note for Operators: IFMA provides operators with complimentary registration and accommodations in exchange for service. Operators currently affiliated with an operator company and who participate in Speed Meetings and Scheduled Meetings are qualified. Those not participating in these activities or not currently affiliated with an operator company are subject to a $795 registration fee.
