Our room block at the Galt House is now sold out. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Louisville Downtown, located 3 blocks away, has been secured as the overflow hotel.
Please note: The 150th Kentucky Derby is Saturday, May 4 in Louisville, KY. Due to the national nature of this city-wide event, the hotel block rates secured for TMF attendees begin Monday, May 6 (check-in) and end Saturday, May 10 (check-out).
If you would like to extend your stay in Louisville to include the Kentucky Derby dates that precede the 32nd Annual TMF, you must book additional accommodations outside of the TMF hotel block dates.
To receive the direct booking link for the hotel block, you must be registered for the meeting. The direct booking link will be provided to TMF attendees in their registration confirmation emails.

Traveling to/from Louisville
Airport Information: All major airlines are serviced by Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF), including American Airlines, Delta, Southwest and United. The Galt House does not offer a shuttle service; however the hotel is 6.3 miles (15-min drive) from SDF and easily accessible by Uber, Lyft and taxi.
Parking Information: Registered TMF attendees can utilize the discounted overnight self-parking rate of $19 (compared to $30 per night) in the suite tower garage. Daily self-parking rate for registered TMF attendees living locally is $12. Valet parking is available 24/7 at increased rates. The garage address is 141 N. Fourth St, Louisville, KY 40202.
