Sponsorship

BDC 2024 offers unparalleled opportunities to showcase your products and services, and engage with people with inheritable bleeding disorders, leading clinicians, patient advocacy groups, key opinion leaders, and policymakers.

Sponsors not only gain a great deal of visibility by sponsoring the event, but the funding they provide also helps support NBDF in launching premier educational events. Sponsorship and/or support via educational grants provide an excellent way for companies to have high visibility in front of all meeting attendees. Our goal is to provide each company that wishes to offer support at our event an opportunity to find a specific sponsorship item that fits its needs and budget. For this reason, we have developed a menu model that allows conference supporters to create a sponsorship package that is individually tailored to meet each company's needs. Currently, we list more than 50 sponsorship items and options that will give any company the resources necessary to gain exposure.

A formal communication should be sent from the sponsor to NBDF authorizing the third party to engage in work on its behalf.

We recommend you to provide your potential vendor or vendors with all information regarding symposia or any other Bleeding Disorder Conference related inquiries.

Unauthorized Housing Warning

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official provider for NBDF's Bleeding Disorders Conference. We have been made aware of housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. The only way to book your rooms for NBDF’s Bleeding Disorders Conference is to use the channels provided on this website.
