Industry Accommodations

Group, Exhibitors/Non-Exhibitors, and Sponsors

To qualify for group reservations, a minimum of ten (10) rooms on peak days is required. For more details, please refer to the Housing Prospectus. 

For individual industry (non-exhibitor), you will receive the hotel reservation information in your conference registration confirmation email.

For non-profit organizations and group reservations of less than 10 rooms, please e-mail Johanna Ong at jong@bleeding.org to request the hotel reservation link.

NBDF offers specially negotiated discounted room rates for BDC 2024 at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park and Westin Peachtree Plaza. The American is only offered for group exhibitors.

Registration, exhibit hall, sessions, poster presentations, networking and social events, and industry symposia will take place at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC).

• Rates are for single/double occupancy only.
• There will be no shuttle provided from Westin to GWCC at any time during the conference.

Deposit Policy

A valid credit card must be provided to guarantee reservations. A deposit of one-night room and tax will be charged upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel the reservation with no penalties, the hotel requires at least a 72-hour cancellation notice prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date, you will forfeit the one-night room and tax deposit.

Unauthorized Housing Warning

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for NBDF's Bleeding Disorders Conference. We have been made aware of housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. The only way to book group accommodations and hospitality suites for the Bleeding Disorders Conference is through NBDF’s Conference and Travel Services department. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please contact us immediately.
