It is with great honor and celebration that Arizona State University's West Valley Campus' CommLabASU has been granted the opportunity to serve as this year's home for the NACC 23rd Annual Excellence at the Center Conference. This conference serves as a testament to our amazing discipline, where we as an exceptional community of student scholars, faculty, staff, and administrators continue to pursue our passion for communication education, advocacy, and support. Communication studies is interdisciplinary at heart and essential in both the academic and practical world we live in. This conference provides us the space to celebrate, share, and engage in this work, while recognizing all who devote their time, efforts, and passions on fostering our growing community, network, and voice. It is our fundamental responsibility and dedication to make this positive impact on all we serve, and we look forward to seeing you come, connect, and involve yourself with our outstanding Communication Center Community. We cannot wait to invite you through our doors so that we can continue to create new ones for others!

Conference Information

CommLabASU and Arizona State University officially invite you to join us for the NACC 23rd Annual Excellence at the Center Conference at Arizona State University's West Valley Campus. This inclusive hybrid conference will offer presenters and attendees a platform to share how their labs and centers are cultivating larger impact on the discipline of communication studies. Whether you are expanding our discipline's reach and support through innovating approaches and technology, expanding our reach through new modes of inclusive experiences for our growing and diverse population of scholars and learners, or pushing our foundational practices to new heights, we want to hear about it.

In-person attendee registration for the 23rd Annual Excellence at the Center Conference will include:

  • Access to in-person conference sessions on Friday & Saturday

  • Ability to engage with in-person and virtual attendees during sessions

  • Two meals and snacks throughout the conference

  • NACC conference goodies, including but not limited to conference t-shirt and bag

Online attendee registration for the 23rd Annual Excellence at the Center Conference will include:

  • Access to online live conference sessions on Friday & Saturday

  • Ability to engage with in-person and virtual attendees during sessions
