PRESENTERS
Podium Presenters:
Podium presentations are allotted 7min for presentation + 3min for questions. Please bring an electronic copy of your presentation (e.g. on external HD or USB stick) that can be transferred to the podium presenting laptop. Presentations should be in MS Powerpoint format. (Please contact me well ahead of the conference if you have questions or concerns about compatibility). Bring your presentation file to the 'Theatre' room as early as possible during the conference, so it can be loaded BEFORE your session. Reminders about uploading presentations will be given throughout the conference.
Poster Presenters:
Please see below for specific times related to your posters for groups A and B. Please be standing by your poster during the specified judging session, ready to present your work. Judges will identify themselves and expect a ~3min presentation of your work. Mounting hardware will be provided for your poster. Any posters left at the takedown deadline will be removed.
Poster size is maximum 36"x48" (landscape)
Group A – Monday June 17: Setup deadline – 8am; Judging session – 930-1015am; Takedown deadline – 6pm
Group B – Tuesday June 18: Setup deadline – 8am; Judging session – 930-1030am; Takedown deadline – 5pm
3-Minute Thesis Info:
Your 3MT presentation can consist of ONE slide (I would strongly encourage to NOT use your poster as your single slide); 3 min are allotted for your presentation. Following all 3MT presentations, there will be time in the session for you to again stand by your poster, to discuss your work as a follow-up to your presentation.
