Room Rates, The Reserve 
- Single Occupancy: $600 per night 
- Double Occupancy: $745 per night

Cancellation Policy
The hotel will collect the payment for the rooms 30 days prior to the arrival day. Before this period of time, the clients can cancel their reservations without penalty. Important Note: In case of late cancellation‐ rooms canceled after the reservations cut‐off date (December 17th, 2023),  or no shows we will charge the penalty according to contracted room type (ex: single, double, triple, etc.).
