Q: When should I travel for the conference?
A: Most Partners will fly in on Wednesday, January 17th, and fly out on Sunday, January 21st. Though you’re certainly welcome to extend your stay on either side of your trip! More info is available in the partner agenda.

Q: What’s the Vendor Village and what should I expect?
This year we’re revamping and revitalizing our sponsor exhibit area and creating the Vendor Village! Instead of the breakout sessions and separate exhibit area as we’ve done in the past, we’ll be bringing the PAI products, services, conference specials and more into the Vendor Village to create an exciting and fun atmosphere where we can deliver information to you effectively. Additionally, we have some new products and vendors making their industry debut at the PAI conference this year…we’re beyond excited to recreate this area into a lively and informative area that will feature hands on presentations, new products, excellent networking opportunities and more!
Q: Price point and PAI conference rooms
This year, we worked hard along with several professional event coordinators, to fight back against rising prices of travel while not sacrificing the quality of the resort our partners and sponsors have come to expect from the PAI Conference. Instead of reducing the quality of the resort, we chose to have the conference in the VIP area of the Paradisus which came in significantly lower than similar locations in Mexico for 2024.
Our teams have received calls from partners regarding rooms in a budget area of the Paradisus that is offered on their direct site, as well as several vacation reseller sites. The VIP area of the resort not only includes our conference area and is mostly reserved for PAI Partners. All conferences at this hotel had a requirement to book these rooms to grant access to the rooms, conference locations, food, drinks, and areas we wanted to offer. The VIP areas of the hotel include places where our conference will be located, so we would not recommend attending the conference and trying to book a room outside of our block. Partners/Sponsors that do this will unfortunately not be able to attend most events and will not receive the value the conference will provide.

Q: How do I arrange travel between the hotel and the airport?
A: When booking on the PAI site your travel to and from the airport is included in your package. PAI will arrange this for you if you have entered your travel information in your registration.
