Thank you to those who have already registered for this year’s partner conference! We understand the attending the PAI conference is a big commitment for our partners each year and it is our goal to ensure that attending our conference is one of the most valuable things you can do for your ATM businesses. We’ve received an incredible amount of interest and have over 100 companies signed up already!
Q: When should I travel for the conference?
A: Most Partners will fly in on Wednesday, January 17th, and fly out on Sunday, January 21st. Though you’re certainly welcome to extend your stay on either side of your trip! More info is available in the partner agenda.

Q: What should I expect from the meetings?
A: This year, we’ll have more new products, services, and information than we’ve ever had in the past! We’re incredibly excited to share this with you. Some of the topics and opportunities this year are:

Q: What’s the Vendor Village and what should I expect?
This year we’re revamping and revitalizing our sponsor exhibit area and creating the Vendor Village! Instead of the breakout sessions and separate exhibit area as we’ve done in the past, we’ll be bringing the PAI products, services, conference specials and more into the Vendor Village to create an exciting and fun atmosphere where we can deliver information to you effectively. Additionally, we have some new products and vendors making their industry debut at the PAI conference this year…we’re beyond excited to recreate this area into a lively and informative area that will feature hands on presentations, new products, excellent networking opportunities and more!
Q: Price point and PAI conference rooms
This year, we worked hard along with several professional event coordinators, to fight back against rising prices of travel while not sacrificing the quality of the resort our partners and sponsors have come to expect from the PAI Conference. Instead of reducing the quality of the resort, we chose to have the conference in the VIP area of the Paradisus which came in significantly lower than similar locations in Mexico for 2024.
Our teams have received calls from partners regarding rooms in a budget area of the Paradisus that is offered on their direct site, as well as several vacation reseller sites. The VIP area of the resort not only includes our conference area and is mostly reserved for PAI Partners. All conferences at this hotel had a requirement to book these rooms to grant access to the rooms, conference locations, food, drinks, and areas we wanted to offer. The VIP areas of the hotel include places where our conference will be located, so we would not recommend attending the conference and trying to book a room outside of our block. Partners/Sponsors that do this will unfortunately not be able to attend most events and will not receive the value the conference will provide.
The rooms within our block feature the following exclusive benefits which would all come at an additional price if booking elsewhere.
- Rooms located in the ADULTS ONLY portion of the resort/separate access required.

Q: How do I make sure I’m completely registered?
All information about registration is located on our home page which you can access by clicking here.
You’ll need to complete a few items on this page:
- Conference Registration – Click on the button that says “Register Now.” This provides PAI with your info so we can ensure you have a badge and are ready for the conference! We’ll also send you any necessary updates about the conference.
- Book your room at the resort – About halfway down the home page, click the “Don’t Forget to Book Your Room” link.

- Register for the PAI Golf Scramble – If you’d like to participate in the PAI Golf Scramble on Thursday, Jan 18th, then please follow this link to register and reserve your spot!
Q: How do I arrange travel between the hotel and the airport?
A: When booking on the PAI site your travel to and from the airport is included in your package. PAI will arrange this for you if you have entered your travel information in your registration.
If you’ve already completed registration and you’re unsure of whether you have entered your travel information and would like to check or update that info, please follow these steps:
- Go to your registration confirmation email, this was sent from mpconf@gopai.com with a subject line of “Market Partner Conference: Registration Confirmation”.
- Click the purple “modify registration” button. This will take you directly to the registration website.
- Input the email address that was used when registering as well as your reference number (this can be found in your confirmation registration email).
- Verify that your attendee information is accurate then press continue; this should lead you to the Travel Reservations tab where you can input your flight information and upload a copy of your itinerary.
- Continue through the tabs until you have completed your registration.
