Reserve your room in the official Ascend 2025 hotel block before registering to save $300 off the out-of-block rate (discount is reflected in the prices listed below). You'll be asked to enter your hotel confirmation code at the end of the registration process. The price will change to reflect the hotel discount after you've entered the confirmation code.

Message for OHUG Members

 

OHUG does not charge dues, the member discount will apply if you’ve attended one of our conferences in the last three years.

Contact us if you haven’t already received your code but believe you are eligible for one.

Message for OATUG Members

 

One of the benefits of paid OATUG membership dues is a discount on conference registration. Your member discount code will be provided via email. If you have not received this email, please contact membership@oatug.org. OATUG membership must be active through June 30, 2025 for discount eligibility. 

Not an OATUG member yet? You can save $300 per person when you join OATUG before registering for Ascend 2025. 

Cancellation and Substitution

Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund minus a non-refundable $150.00 USD processing fee will be applied to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by Ascend 2024 organizers on or before Friday April 12, 2024.
  • A 50% percent refund will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by Ascend 2024 organizers by Friday, May 10, 2024.
  • Cancellations received on or after Friday, May 10, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund.

Please send your cancellation request via e-mail to registration@ascendusersconference.com. All requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.

Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted for both the in-person and on-demand registration. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to registration@ascendusersconference.com no later than June 10, 2024.

In-Person Substitution: After June 10, 2024, in-person event substitutions can be facilitated on-site at the conference with a letter from the original attendee or their employer. Payments made by the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.

In-Person Event Cancellation Policy

Circumstances beyond the control of OATUG and OHUG may require that Ascend 2025 be converted from an in-person/on-demand experience to an online-only event. In that case, registration for attendees all will automatically be transferred to the online version of the event at the on-demand event experience registration rate. The difference between those rates will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.
