A member discount will apply if you’ve attended one of our conferences in the last three years. Contact us if you haven’t already received your code but believe you are eligible for one.

Your member discount code will be provided via email. If you don’t receive it, please contact membership@oatug.org.

Cancellation and Substitution

Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund minus a non-refundable $150.00 USD processing fee will be applied to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by Ascend 2025 organizers on or before Friday, April 11, 2025.
  • A 50% percent refund will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by Ascend 2025 organizers by Friday, May 9, 2025.
  • Cancellations received on or after Friday, May 9, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Please send your cancellation request via e-mail to registration@ascendusersconference.com. All requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.

Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted for in-person and on-demand registration. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to registration@ascendusersconference.com no later than June 4, 2025.

In-Person Substitution: After June 4, 2025, in-person event substitutions can be facilitated on-site at the conference with a letter from the original attendee or their employer. Payments made by the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.

Event Cancellation Policy

Circumstances beyond the control of OATUG and OHUG may require that Ascend 2025 be converted from an in-person experience to an online-only event. In that case, registration for attendees will automatically be transferred to the online version of the event at the on-demand event experience registration rate. The difference between those rates will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.
