Ascend Conference App 

Etherio Connect by Jujama is the Ascend 2025 app. Registered attendees will receive an email with instructions to login to the conference app.
 

  • Attending virtually? This is where you will access the live pre-conference sessions June 2-5 and the on-demand recordings of the sessions held in Orlando June 8-11. 
  • Attending in person? This is where you’ll also find room location details for sessions delivered on-site, June 8-11. You will also use the app to view session recordings on-demand. 

Start using the app when you attend Ascend pre-conference bonus sessions the week of June 2. 

Get the App

  1. Connect in your browser, or use the qr codes below to download Etherio Connect for your mobile device.
  2. If prompted for the event name, search for “Ascend 2025", otherwise search for Ascend 2025 in the event list and tap the "Add" button.
  3. Login with the credentials you received via email. If you are unable to find your credentials, use the “forgot my password” or “retrieve login credentials” link and enter the email address you used to register for the conference or contact registration@ascendusersconference.com

Speaker Presentation Info

Speaking at Ascend? The app is where you will upload your presentation. Please review these instructions, also found on our Presenter Info page, on how to upload your presentation to the app. 

Presentation Slides Upload Instructions
  • Log in to the Ascend Conference App when launched (watch for our emails) to upload your presentation files. You must be listed as a speaker or co-presenter to do this and you must access the app through a web browser (not on a phone).
  • Once you are logged into the app, select “Agenda”, and find your session by title (you can enter a few words of the title) and select it. Once you are viewing your session, select “presentations” and find the red “+ Document” link to upload the presentation.
  • You will also use the app to upload a portrait/headshot and bio in your profile. All speakers (and attendees) must do this themselves. Please note, the more professional you look on the app, the more likely attendees will engage with you.
  • File size cannot exceed 25 MB (no limit on number of pages).
  • Please do your best to reduce file size.
  • Files must be in PDF format.
  • Files should be named the same as your session title followed by “_PPT” for presentation slides, “_PPT Notes” for your presentation with notes, and “_WP” for white papers (if you choose to submit a white paper with your slides).
