Exhibitor FAQ

 

  • When do I select my booth space?
    • Once we have received your signed contract, Show Management will reach out to select booth space. Spaces are assigned first come first serve based on contract close date. 

  • When will the exhibitor services manual be available?
    • Alliance Exposition will be reaching out directly via email with the exhibitor services manual.  The exhibitor services manual will be sent to the main point of contact we have on file. If you feel you should have received it please reach out to exhibitorassistance@Alliance-exposition.com or 888-528-2011. 

  • Does my booth space come with a monitor?
    • As an upgrade for 2025, monitors (32”) are provided for all turnkey booths and kiosks. If you have a standard 10x10 or 10x20, you will be responsible for providing your own monitors and AV. 

  • Does my space come with electrical?
    • Yes! All booth spaces come with one 5 amp electrical power drop. Additional and upgraded items can be purchased. 

  • Is lead retrieval included and how do I gain access?
    • Lead retrieval is provided complimentary to all sponsors and can be accessed through the mobile app. Below is the link to the 2023 mobile app training which will be the same for 2025. https://youtu.be/nUe1l5kZZWs

  • How do I register my team for the conference?
    • We will provide you with information to register once the final payment has been received. 

  • What if I want to purchase more passes?
    You can purchase more passes directly from the Ascend website with the discount code provided in your Exhibitor Portal. 
  • When are graphics for the kiosks due and how do I submit them?
    • April 19, 2025
