Registration

Where can I go for registration assistance or questions when I arrive?

Visit the desk in the Lotus Ballroom on Wednesday and Thursday. For Friday and Saturday, visit the Customer Care Desk in Jasmine Ballroom.

Can I register for the event onsite?

No. This is a sold out event, and onsite transfers are not available.

Can I register for future events at Convention?

No. Future event registration is not available. 

What if I purchased a 2024 AEC a ticket but am unable to attend?*

Kickoff tickets are non-refundable. All other price tiers have a $50 USD cancellation fee if canceled by July 5, 2024. Any exceptions after this date will be handled on a case-by-case basis. For more information, contact your customer service team.

*Not applicable for China Distributors.

What is the policy for bringing children?

Americas & Europe Convention is a business meeting with a focus on networking, training, and motivation. We want to minimize distractions and disturbances for all attendees. Children 16 and over are required to purchase a ticket, obtain an ID Badge, and will be allowed into all areas of Convention. Children under the age of 16 will not be issued an ID Badge, but are allowed into the general sessions, all common areas, and most activities.

Should a child become disruptive or distracting in any way to the session/workshop/activity, the parent/guardian and child will be asked to leave the area immediately. Children are not to be left unsupervised in any area of Convention for any reason at any time.

We do not solicit personal information from or market to persons under the age of 18.

What food options are available at Resorts World Las Vegas?

Is there luggage storage at Convention?

No. We suggest you keep your purchases in your hotel room.

Where is the lost and found?

Lost and found is located at the Customer Care Desk located in the Lotus Ballroom (Wednesday and Thursday) and in the main hallway (Friday and Saturday). Resorts World also has a lost and found located in the Security Office in the Hilton Lobby Hallway near the Casino.

Where is the first aid station?

The first aid station is located in the Security Office in the Hilton Lobby Hallway near the Casino.

How do I get to Resorts World Las Vegas?

Resorts World Las Vegas is approximately 4.5 miles from Harry Reid International Airport, which is approximately a 15-minute drive. Ride sharing and taxi cabs are also an excellent way to travel from the airport to Resorts World.

Can I park at Resorts World Las Vegas, and what is the cost?

Resorts World Las Vegas offers paid parking at a flat rate of $18 per entry. Valet parking is also available, ranging from $25–$75. Patrons are encouraged to park in the guest parking garage off Goh Tong Way and Sammy Davis Jr. Valet. Rideshare options are available off Goh Tong way at the South Valet.

Is Wi-Fi available at Resorts World Las Vegas?

Yes, connecting to Wi-Fi at Convention is easy. Select the unlocked "ResortsWorldLasVegas" network. Choose "Visitor" or enter your room number, then provide your email and name to connect for free.

Are simultaneous translation services available at Convention?

This year, everyone will need a translation headset. Segments of General Sessions and USANA Talks will be simultaneously translated in English, French, Spanish, and Mandarin. Pick up your headset at registration in the Lotus Ballroom (Wednesday and Thursday) or in the main hallway (Friday and Saturday). ASL is also available for the General Sessions (Lily Ballroom) and USANA Talks (Blossom Ballroom).

  • To use your translation headset, follow these instructions:
    • Insert your headphones fully into the headphone jack.
    • Press and hold the power button for two seconds.
    • To change channels and frequency, press the CH- and CH+ buttons.
    • To adjust volume, press the VOL- and VOL+ buttons.

What should I do if my translation headset doesn’t work?

If you experience difficulties with your headset, please proceed to the Customer Care Desk at registration located in the Lotus Ballroom (Wednesday and Thursday) and in Jasmine Ballroom (Friday and Saturday). Additional batteries are also available.

How can I purchase products during Convention?

Easy access to store products is one of the best parts of attending Convention. Here’s everything you need to know to stock up on your favorite USANA products.

To make onsite shopping as easy as possible for all attendees, grab a basket as you enter the store and start stocking up! Exciting products, packs, and exclusive promotions are available at this year’s Convention.

Newly launched products will be available for General Attendees to purchase immediately following the end of our opening General Session on Thursday. Elite Associates will be able to purchase at the Elite Reception.

Logo gear is back to attend 2024 AEC in style. Follow us on Instagram @USANALive to get the sneak peek at the new styles of logo gear.

Once you’ve finished shopping, head to the checkout area. Please note there is a VIP/Elite line for those who qualify. There is no purchase limit on products or logo gear. All products are available while supplies last.

Is shipping available for products I purchase?

No. There is a FedEx Business Center located at Resorts World Las Vegas you can use at your own cost.

What payment options are accepted in the store?

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, China Union Pay, JCB, Alipay) are accepted. Cash or checks will not be accepted. If you are traveling internationally, please be sure to let your bank know to avoid any disruptions with your credit or debit card service.

Can I store my purchase somewhere during the event?

No. Product storage is not available after purchase.

What booths and attractions will be at Convention?

USANA Foundation

During Convention, we are partnering with Children’s Hunger Fund (CHF) to pack 1,000 boxes of food on Saturday, August 10; check the USANAlive app for exact times.

Purchase a t-shirt ahead of the event to show your support; 100% of proceeds go to the USANA Foundation.
