The wellness room is a quiet, private space for relaxation, peace and mental rejuvenation. Attendees can still away for 15-20 minutes to escape from stress, and if feeling overwhelmed, the hustle and bustle of the day. The Room will feature comfortable seating, soft lighting, and a calming atmosphere. It is equipped with mindfulness tools, such as aromatherapy, soothing music, and meditation/thinking mats, providing a sanctuary for individuals to unwind, meditate, and stretch. Comfortable chairs for yoga, Pilates, low impact aerobics with weights, and deep breathing techniques are available options for attendees. Additional features will include art therapy, serenity stones, stress balls, fidget items, and more. It is a space dedicated to promoting mental, physical and emotional well-being, encouraging self-care, self-love, and mindfulness in a serene environment.
