Lance Kruse completed his PhD in Research, Evaluation, Statistics, and Measurement from the University of Toledo, specializing in instrument development and program evaluation. With several years of experience as an interdisciplinary researcher, Kruse has conducted research in healthcare, education, and non-profit settings and disseminated his research via peer-reviewed publications. He has previously served as Assistant Director of Evaluation for a national STEM education program and has several years of experience teaching statistics and research design courses for undergraduate and graduate programs. At Relias, he uses his research experience to guide the company’s survey strategy for reoccurring and ad hoc research projects. Kruse applies principles from measurement theory to develop high-quality research instruments and utilizes sound research methods to inform product development and ensure customer success.
