Can I register my accompanying person later?

Yes, once you complete your own registration you will receive a registration code. You can modify your details with this code, including adding & paying for your accompanying person.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via Visa or Mastercard. If you require another payment option, please contact the conference team at conference@ifalpa.org.

Who should I contact if I am interested in becoming a sponsor?

How can I access the IFALPA Hub?

To access the IFALPA Hub you must receive an invitation. To request an invite, please contact conference@ifalpa.org.

How can I find the hotel booking link?

Once you have completed your registration with the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the hotel booking links.

What are the hotel rates?

Negotiated rates at the Hyatt Regency - Mexico City are listed on the Venue page of this website.

What is the individual cancellation policy at the Hyatt Regency-Mexico City?

Cancellation of individual reservation will be accepted no later than 11:59pm, 48 hours prior to arrival. Should a reservation be canceled/no-show after the above deadline, a non-refundable charge equal to one night will be applied to the credit card given to guarantee the reservation.

Do I need an entry visa to attend the 78th IFALPA Conference in Mexico City?

All attendees should verify with their State authorities regarding any specific Visa requirements as soon as possible.

The option to request a letter of invitation is possible when registering for Conference through the registration system.
