When do I book my flight?

On behalf of Pernod Ricard USA, we will be booking round-trip travel for you and your guest for all PRUSA employees and distributors. Upon completing the registration form, you will be contacted within one business day from a member of the Safe Harbor Travel Team to confirm your flight itinerary. Economy coach-class air transportation will be provided. If you wish to upgrade your ticket, you may do so at your own additional expense.

If your travel plans include a pre or post extension, please confirm availability with your program coordinator prior to booking air.

Do I need a passport to travel to the Dominican Republic?

Yes, passports are required for any United States citizen traveling to the Dominican Republic. The name on your passport must match the name on your airline ticket exactly. Your passport is required to be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your trip. Passport expiration must be July 2024 or later.

E-Ticket for Entry - Dominican Republic

Additionally, every person arriving and departing must also complete an E-ticket. It is a digital form required by multiple government institutions in the DR. This form must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of your departure from the US. The QR code must be printed or digitally displayed on your phone upon arrival AND prior to departure – it is two separate QR codes.  Click HERE to complete the E-ticket.

Can I bring my children?

The Champions Weekend trip to Punta Cana was designed as an exquisite and relaxing, all-inclusive resort getaway for you and a guest. However, if you subscribe to the “the more, the merrier” motto, and would like to include children, please keep the following details in mind:

• Air travel and daily all-inclusive surcharge for accompanying children is considered a personal expense. The per-night cost for children in your existing room is $190 (ages 13-17), $177 (ages 4-12), there is no charge for children 3 and under.
• The per-night cost for an additional adult in your existing room is $190 per night
• The occupancy limit policy of the hotel is no more than (2) adults and (2) children per room OR no more than (3) adults and (1) child per room - max (4) people per room

• Kids Club available from 10:00 am - 10:45 pm for children age 4 and older

Note: All invitees will have one guest room reserved for them. If an additional room is required, it will be the responsibility of the invitee and is based on hotel availability at the time of booking.

Are children welcome at group activities?

Children are welcome to participate in one of the activities on Sunday. Activities for children are not covered by PRUSA and are at the individual's expense. Each child under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 - one child per adult. Children are also welcome at the Saturday Welcome Dinner and Monday Football and Dinner Party.

Is in-room babysitting available? 

In-room babysitting will be offered for those that require it on Sunday evening from 6:00 – 10:00 pm. Sunday’s reception and awards dinner is for the invitee and their plus one only. No additional guests or children are permitted. Charges for in-room babysitting on Sunday night only will be covered by Pernod Ricard.
