If you are planning on attending the EDGE 2024 and have not secured a hotel reservation, search for hotel availability via our trusted partner aRes Travel.

aRes Travel is a third-party travel planner. Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary and are the responsibility of the guest. Questions on hotel policies or payments made on aRes website should be directed directly to the aRes Reservation Center or the hotel.
Be Aware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations - IT IS A SCAM!
Be aware of housing poachers and resellers. These companies will entice attendees and exhibitors with lower hotel rates with hidden fees costing you or your company more than our contracted rate.
Reserving your guest room for EDGE 2024 through the official process ensures you will be collaborating with a reputable company, that your credit card information is secure, and that you will benefit from all services provided to conference attendees. Be aware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly financial repercussions.
While hotel resellers may call or email you offering hotel room accommodations, these are not affiliated or endorsed by CSCMP or the EDGE 2024 conference.
If you have already registered for EDGE, and still need to reserve your room, go into your registration record and follow the prompts to the hotel reservation link.
Guest Room Block for 10 or More Rooms
Your company/organization may reserve up to 10-15 guest rooms per night from September 29-October 2 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center.
Submit the completed form via email to meetings@agilebme.com. Once the request is approved by CSCMP EDGE, a Gaylord Opryland representative will contact you. Rooms are not reserved until you receive a confirmation email from the Gaylord. The Gaylord Opryland will obtain credit card payment using a PCI-compliant secure link with no involvement from CSCMP.
All names must be provided to the hotel on/by Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
The rate for EDGE 2024 is $260.00 for single/double occupancy, plus applicable state, local, and taxes, which are approximately 14.5%. These are subject to change.

Parking
Effective January 15, 2024, the new Gaylord Opryland parking rates are:
- Self-Parking: $27.75 plus tax
- Valet Parking: $50 plus tax
