Registering for the Convention: Your First Step to an Unforgettable Experience!

Attending Convention is an exceptional experience you don’t want to miss. Your name badge is your ticket to all the events taking place, including access to exclusive areas and the USANA Store. If you're planning to attend Convention, here's what you need to know about registering:

You'll need your registration barcode to register, which will be emailed to you about two weeks before Convention. Alternatively, you can use the registration module on the USANA Live app.

1. To access your barcode using the USANA Live app:
   1. Download the app from Google Play or the Apple Store before Convention.
   2. Select the “2024 Asia Pacific Convention” event and log in with the credentials provided in your registration confirmation email. Your username is the email associated with your ticket registration, and your password is your ticket confirmation number.
   3. Navigate to the “My Profile” icon to bring up your barcode.
   4. Present this barcode at Registration to receive your credentials. One barcode per person.
2. Alternatively, you can utilise your registration confirmation email with your unique barcode on your phone or in print. Present this email when you register.

Additional registration details: 

• If you didn't purchase a ticket for the event in advance, tickets will be available for sale onsite for US $345 if the event is not sold out. You can purchase those tickets at the customer care desk within the registration area.
• A badge is mandatory for admission to all events, so please make sure to always wear it while onsite. 
• Headsets and FM receivers for simultaneous translation of sessions are available at registration. Both USANA Talks and General Session will have speakers in all languages, so a headset will be needed for everyone in attendance. Don’t forget to pick up your headset.
