Please note that there is also a special rate of $149.00* per night for stays on Wednesday 10/26/2022.
A limited number of pre and post rooms ( 3 nights pre and 3 nights post may be available at these rates or rates not to exceed 50.00 more per night than AMG rates above and all are based on availability.
A one night’s room deposit is required at time of booking.
A special discounted Resort Fee has been negotiated for attendees. The resort fee is $30* per room per day (normally $45) and includes the following:

- 10% off spa or fitness retail
- 5% off spa and fitness treatments

Hotel Rates
Rooms at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort are $ 292.00* (plus taxes) per room single/double per night plus a $20 resort fee.
Rates are available from 9/23/2024 through 10/1/24.
A limited amount of upgraded rooms at negotiated additional rates are available on the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort website using the weblink below.
A special discounted resort fee has been negotiated for attendees. The fee is $20* (plus tax) per room per day (normally $35 + tax).
A limited number of pre-event and post-event rooms (3 nights pre and 3 nights post) may be available at these rates and all are based on availability. These are the dates of 9/23/24 - 9/25/24 and 9/29/24 to 10/1/24.
A one night’s room deposit is required at time of booking.
*Rates are available from 9/23/2024 through 10/1/24 plus taxes, which can change between now and the start of the conference.
To ensure you don't miss any of the event, plan to arrive by 9/25/24 and depart 9/29/24 onward - the morning after the Gala Dinner finale.
