OVERVIEW

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is one of the most common gastrointestinal complaints seen in primary care and a major cause of referral to gastroenterology. In this live Spotlight, a panel of 3 clinician experts will use patient cases to discuss and review the diagnosis and management of both constipation-predominant (IBS-C) and diarrhea-predominant (IBS-D) IBS from the primary care perspective, including diet and lifestyle management, as well as over-the-counter and prescription medications. Audience polling questions and a live Q&A will create an engaging and interactive learning activity.
