Kevin has spent the last 24 years in the employment and skills sectors, originally as a learner followed by roles as a trainer, manager, senior manager and CEO. He is one half of “Big Dog Little Dog”, a niche consultancy delivering mental health and employment training to our sector and beyond. A qualified trainer, assessor and IQA, Kevin is also accredited to deliver Mental Health First Aid (in 6 different variants) and the “Q.P.R” suicide prevention programme. Most recently, he authored the STEPS suicide prevention course, which is now available as short Ofqual-regulated Awards at levels 2 and 3 as well as a Level 4 accredited trainer-training programme.
