Room Rate:  $266/night   
*Teammates with a fundraising level for "Half Room Rate", if you'd like to reserve a room by yourself, you may pay for the other half of your room when you complete your commitment and reservations ($133/night). 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Two night stays will arrive Saturday, May 4th and Monday, May 6th

Three night stays will arrive Friday, May 3rd and depart Monday, May 6th

EXTENDING YOUR STAY
The LLS rate will be offered for a period of 3 days before and 3 days after the Event dates, based upon availability. Once you submit the commitment and event weekend selection form, there will be information in your confirmation email to reserve additional nights. 

CHECK-IN
All rooms are reserved under each teammate's name. To check into your room you will just need to provide your name and photo ID to the front desk. The hotel will also require your credit card to keep on file for incidental charges (room service, parking, etc.)
