Teammate Send Off Call | Thursday, March 28th 8:00 PM EST
Join Coach Barry & REI Trail guides for our Teammate Send Off Call! This call will break down important pre-hike information, event day logistics, and other very helpful information to get you prepped for the big hike! Recording can be found here.

Save this phone number! From Thursday at 9am EST through Sunday at 5pm EST, this line will be your one-stop-shop to reach TNT staff and coaches for any last minute questions. 

FUNDRAISER RECOGNITION
The Fundraising Totals for Individual Top Fundraisers and Top Team Fundraising Recognition will be pulled from the national leaderboard at 9:00 a.m. local time on Saturday, May 4th. Visit the Fundraising Leaderboard.

Friday, May 3rd

Meet & Greet | 5:00-6:00 PM
Squire Resort's Outdoor Firepits (near the pool)
Kick off the weekend with your teammates from across the country! Join Team In Training to make your own S'mores and casually mingle. 

VIP Celebration - By Invitation Only | 7:00 PM
Squire Resort - Outdoor Lawn (near pool)
Top fundraisers will be celebrated in a beautiful outdoors setting, including guest speakers and dinner. Have some fun with us by crafting your own Trail Mix selection for your hike day. Qualify by raising $10,000 individually or by being the captain of a $100,000 fundraising team. The deadline to qualify is Wednesday, April 24, and invitees will be notified via email. Saturday, May 4th

Morning Mission Movement  | 8:30 AM
Squire Resort - Small Lobby near the Pub (at the bottom of the spiral staircase)
Optional meet up to join other teammates and coaches for a mission moment followed by a casual "shake out" hike.

Climb 2 Cure Information Meeting  | 4:00 PM
Canyon Room (breakfast area off main lobby)
Meet the Climb 2 Cure staff and learn more about the program and trekking opportunities for the upcoming year with special guest, Chris Berlow, Climb 2 Cure Ambassador, who has done multiple treks with LLS. 

REI Guide Meeting and Q&A  |  5:30 PM
Squire Resort - Outside near pool 
Meet the other hikers in your trail group along with your REI guide! Here you will receive your hike day group bandana and have any last minute questions answered.

Team Rally & Dinner | 6:30 PM 
Squire Resort - Navajo Ballroom
The Team Rally & Dinner is a time for your teammates, coaches, honorees, and staff to come together and celebrate all that you have accomplished this season. All fundraising participants receive one complimentary ticket. 

  • Attire: Casual. Wear your purple!
  • Friends & Family Welcome! When completing event weekend reservations, you can choose to purchase additional tickets. You will be required to pay for these tickets when submitting your event weekend reservations.

  • Training in Honor or Memory of someone special? During event weekend, we will be celebrating your personal Honored Heroes. To include your hero's name and picture, please click here. Pictures must be submitted by Friday, April 26, 2024.
  • Driving to Team Rally & Dinner? The hotel has complimentary parking for our dinner guests not staying on property.

Hike Morning Meet-up | Varying Times as Assigned (below)
Meet your teammates and trail guides, grab your lunch, and head to your shuttle at your trail group's assigned time. We suggest you arrive here no less than 30 minutes before your group's scheduled departure.

PLEASE NOTE: All teammates MUST meet at the Squire Resort to take the team shuttles with their trail group. If you are not staying at the Squire Resort, you will need to get to the property on hike morning in time to meet your trail group ahead of your assigned departure time. Complimentary parking will be available at the hotel. 

Upon Your Return to Squire Resort
Stop back by the Hike Day Lounge to enjoy photos from the day, grab a snack and recieve your TNT finisher's pin. We will be there until after the last group returns from their hike.  

Post-Hike Celebration! | 4:00 PM
Squire Resort - Outdoor near pool 
Come meet up with the team to share stories from your hike day! Squire Resort is hosting the city's Cinco de Mayo party! his free-to-the-public party will feature live music with free food and a cash bar. The party is from 4:00pm-9:30pm. TNT will have an area to meet up within the party space.
