Important Information About Annual Conference:

• • • Please read all the tabs prior to registering.

    • Registration is by invitation only.

    • All clergy and lay members of Annual Conference must register for WI Annual Conference.

    • Name tags are required to be worn at all times in the plenary space and meeting rooms.

    • All visitors must register and wear a nametag to be allowed in the visitor seating area.

    • Early Bird Registration $160.00, February 1 - April 3, 2024, at 11:45pm
      

    • Standard Registration $180.00, April 4 - May 20, 2024, at 11:45pm

    • Late Registration $250.00, May 21, 2024 - May 31, 2024, at noon

    • After May 31st at noon: Walk-In Registration Rate of $300.00

    • Deadline to order meals is May 20th.

    • ALL voting will be in-person only. Some sessions of the Annual Conference will be livestreamed for viewing only.

    • Voting members will need a device with a web browser to be able to vote, and to get recognized to speak. 

    • Our Conference will not be the only event at the KI Convention Center.
