First Aid Assistance: Every year, we seek volunteers willing and able to provide immediate first aid assistance to attendees who may be in need during the event. Tech Crew Volunteers Needed: Annual Conference is June 7-10; Help needed June 5-10
Looking for a chance to help during our Annual Conference and to meet new people? Being a part of Tech Crew allows you to do these things and gives you an inside view of how behind-the-scenes work. We are looking for excited youth and young adults to join our tech team. Help the whole time or just a few days. Food and Board are provided for only the youth and young adults who are helping.
No experience is necessary, we will teach you how to set up and use the equipment. We seek committed and responsible volunteers to work for the Tech Crew/Stage Crew. Must be 12 years old or older, by June 1, 2024. Registration Booth: Volunteers are needed for two-hour shifts to help with checking in registrants. This involves making sure attendees are registered and handing out name tags and lanyards. Help is needed on Friday, June 7th from 9:00am to 5:00pm. On Saturday and Sunday, help is needed from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Conference Choir: As we all prepare for the WI Annual Conference clergy and lay members are invited to sing in the Annual Conference Choir. The choir will sing at the Ordination, Commissioning, Licensing and Recognition worship service on Sunday of Annual Conference. We will sing two songs and be directed by The Rev. Sang Wook Park. There will be only one rehearsal, so you are invited to rehearse your part before we get together. Please register for the choir before May 20, 2024, so we have time to order music, distribute it, and for you to rehearse individually.
Rehearsal: Friday, 8:30pm - 10:30pm in the Auditorium
Ordination & Commissioning Service: Saturday, June 8, 2024, Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
