Registration is by invitation only.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

Early Bird Registration $160.00, February 1 - April 3, 2024, at 11:45pm

Standard Registration $180.00, April 4 - May 20, 2024, at 11:45pm

May 20, 2024, will be the last day to order any meals!

Late Registration $250.00, May 21, 2024 - May 31, 2024, at 12:00pm
After May 31st at noon: Walk-In Registration Rate of $300.00

Registration for Retirees is required. There is no registration fee, for those retired before June 30, 2024. Registration is required before May 31, 2024, for in-person attendance.

Chaperones: $100.00
Youth or Young Adult: $100.00
In-person Guest: $100.00, February 1 - April 3, 2024
                              $120.00, April 4 - May 20, 2024
                              $150.00, May 21 - May 31, 2024
                              After May 31, 2024 - Walk-in Guest registration - $200.00

Lanyard: Free this year for all Attendees. Bring your lanyard with you for the next 4 years. $5.00 fee if lanyard is lost or a replacement is needed in future years.

* Absolutely no registrations after the deadline of May 20, 2024. *All Clergy and Laity must register by May 31, 2024, at 12:00pm to assure all voting in the sessions.

Please keep your Reference number/Confirmation number confidential as it will be used as your Voter ID number within all the sessions.

*Parking is not included in the registration fees. If you are not staying at the Hampton Inn or the Hyatt Recency, you may park in the parking ramp across the street from the KI Convention Center. A skywalk is available to cross from the parking ramp to the KI Convention Center.

Meals, lodging, and transportation are NOT included in the registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fee refunds will be available until May 20, 2024. No refunds on food purchased at any time. A $20.00 processing fee will apply for registration fee refunds.

Absolutely no refunds after May 20, 2024.

Registration in 2024

Lori Denoyer is the Conference Registrar. Any questions about the online registration should be directed to Lori. We will be taking advantage of technology to make registration more efficient for both attendees and Conference staff!

Each participant will need to register online with their own unique email. The registration payment will only be accepted by echeck, debit/credit cards. This will save many staff hours and physical resources that would otherwise be spent processing registrations.

 ALL voting will be done through GNTV's website/app, and that all voting members will need a device with a web browser to be able to vote, and to get recognized to speak. Please register before April 1st and select if you need to borrow a device or if you will bring a device with you. All voting members will need their own unique email address and a device with a web browser to be able to vote.

 A recorded Voting Training Session with GNTV will be available online.

We will be printing a scannable (QR) code on your name tag. This will streamline the meal check-in process, and you won’t have to worry about keeping track of your tickets!

Childcare

Childcare will be available at the KI Center. WI Annual Conference provides this benefit at a subsidized cost of only $10.00 per child, per day. We are unable to pro-rate this for partial usage. https://na.eventscloud.com/website/60942/childcare/

Display Tables and Sponsorships

Conference Choir

As we all prepare for the WI Annual Conference clergy and lay members are invited to sing in the Annual Conference Choir. The choir will sing at the Ordination, Commissioning, Licensing and Recognition worship service on Sunday of Annual Conference. We will sing two songs and be directed by The Rev. Sang Wook Park. There will be only one rehearsal, so you are invited to rehearse your part before we get together. Please register for the choir before May 20, 2024, so we have time to order music, distribute it, and for you to rehearse individually.

Rehearsal: Friday, 8:30pm - 10:30pm and Saturday, 5:45pm - 6:15pm, both in the Auditorium 
Ordination & Commissioning Service: Saturday, June 8, 2024, Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Place: KI Convention Center, 333 Main Street, Green Bay, WI
