To ensure high quality childcare, you must register for each child on each day they will be in the care of a provider. This allows us to set appropriate staffing levels. The WI Annual Conference provides this benefit at a subsidized cost of only $10.00 per child, per day. We are unable to pro-rate this for partial usage. Safe sanctuary policies are also followed.
We ask parents to note the times they need to pick up their children to honor our providers. Please be aware that to drop off or pick up your child on time, it may be necessary to miss a few minutes of sessions. Your attention to this matter helps us keep pricing affordable.
You must register for childcare within the online registration.
- All responsible parents, grandparents or legal guardians must pick your child up for lunch and dinner breaks.
- Make sure all items are labeled with your child’s name.
- Always have a cell phone with you during WI Annual Conference for emergency contact.
- The childcare provider always needs to be aware of your location (i.e., whether you are in the plenary area, your hotel room, etc).
- Sign a code of conduct form/release form the first time you drop your child at the childcare area.
- Background checks will be done on providers in accordance to safe sanctuary policies.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Childcare will be available during WI Annual Conference, June 7 - 9, 2024, for children ages 6 weeks old through 10 years old.
There will be NO drop-in childcare available for anyone during any part of the WI Annual Conference. ALL childcare requests must be made by registering online.
Parents are responsible for providing any items their child may need, such as snacks, diapers, toys, books/activities, pack-n-play, highchairs, bottles, formula, a change of clothes and any other essential items.
Nannies will NOT administer medicine to any child.
Childcare Hours:
Friday 12pm - 5pm
Saturday 8am - 12pm, 1:30pm - 5pm, 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Sunday 8am - 12pm, 1:30pm - 5pm
