Note: NCSG will be hosting our annual benefit auction the evening of Friday, March 7, 2025. Donations will be accepted throughout the trade show, and larger items or items used in your display will be collected immediately following the close of trade show hours on Friday, March 7, 2025.
Exhibitor Kit
Availability: The Exhibitor Kit will be emailed in early January by olism@vipertradeshow.com.
Booth Staff Registration
Complimentary Registrations: Each 10'x10' booth includes two complimentary registrations.
Redemption: Use the "Register Now" button and select "Exhibitor" during registration. Utilize "Primary Exhibitor Registration" and "Secondary Exhibitor Registration" for your first two registrations. Exhibitors with multiple 10x10 booths can use the "Additional Exhibitor Registration" for each of your additional complimentary registations (2 per additional booth).
Additional Registrations: Purchase additional full registrations (access to all sessions & Honors & Auction) or trade show only registrations (access to trade show floor only).
Auction Donations
Donation Forms: Available during check-in and at the registration desk. A separate Donation Form is required for each donated item.
Requirements: All items must have a completed donation form.
Collection: NCSG staff will collect completed forms on Friday. Small items may be collected during the show. Large items or items used in your booth display will be collected during Load-Out.
Shipping: All donated items must be removed from the property immediately following the Auction Friday evening. Physical items must be taken by buyer or shipping must be arranged by the donor prior to Load-Out.
Best Practices: Product& ServiceCertificates are highly recommended to avoid shipping and travel requirements for large items.
Proceeds: All proceeds of the NCSG Auction will be used to support NCSG Programs and Benefits.
