Conference Registration Details

WELCOME RECEPTION:
Monday, November 27, 2023 – 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

CONFERENCE:
Tuesday, November 28, 2023 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Wednesday, November 29, 2023 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST

Registrations may only be submitted online with payment by credit card. A unique email address and a valid American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit card are required. Invoicing is not available.

Everyone must register individually – including speakers, moderators, sponsors and exhibitors.

A cancellation must be received in writing by November 10, 2023, to receive a full refund. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after November 10, 2023. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. Please send any cancellation(s) to occhevents@occh.org.

Speaker and Moderator Registration

Two types of discounted registrations are offered to speakers and moderators. There is no charge for them to only attend the sessions in which they are presenting; their registrations are complimentary. If speakers and moderators wish to attend additional sessions, there is a discounted registration fee of $300. All speakers and moderators must register for the conference regardless of attending only their sessions or additional sessions.

Please visit the "Sponsors" tab for details. Upon sponsorship submission, an email will be sent to the contact provided which will contain the sponsor's and/or exhibitor's unique complimentary registration code/s with instructions for completing registration(s).

Scholarship Opportunities

Scholarships for free registration to the 2023 Ohio Housing Conference remain available to students and non-profit representatives who, due to limited funds, might otherwise be unable to attend. They are awarded to an individual rather than to an organization, and are non-transferable, limited in number and offered one per qualifying nonprofit organization on a first-come, first-served basis. A response to an application will be provided by email. Awardee emails will include instructions for submitting the complimentary registrations online. Applications must have been submitted by November 10, 2023, to qualify for consideration, and will not be accepted after that date.
