The 2023 Ohio Housing Conference will be held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center located at 400 N. High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, in Pod A, Exhibit Hall A, and the Union Station Ballrooms. The Welcome Reception will be held Monday, November 27, 2023, from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Hilton Columbus Downtown, Tower 1, Bellows Ballroom A, B, and C.
Developers, property managers, investors, syndicators, architects, real estate professionals, lenders, accountants, attorneys, government officials, nonprofit organizations — anyone who is passionate about affordable housing and eager to shape the future of the industry.
The registration fee includes conference sessions, meals, and the Welcome and Exhibitor Networking receptions.

Yes, two types of discounted registrations are offered to speakers and moderators. There is no charge for them to only attend the sessions in which they are presenting; their registrations are complimentary. If Speakers and moderators wish to attend additional sessions, there is a discounted registration fee of $300. All speakers and moderators must register for the conference regardless of attending only their sessions or additional sessions.

A cancellation must be received in writing by November 10, 2023, to receive a full refund. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after November 10, 2023. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. Please send any cancellation(s) to occhevents@occh.org.

A limited block of hotel rooms is available at the Hilton Columbus Downtown. This new hotel is within walking distance to over 300 dining and entertainment venues within the Short North Arts District and features direct access by skywalk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center. To secure a room at a special rate for single or double occupancy, please make your reservation by November 6, 2023, at the Hilton Columbus Downtown.
Conference attendees are welcome to wear business casual clothing. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blouses, and most importantly, comfortable shoes! Bring a jacket as some rooms are chillier than others.

No, but we will make every attempt to upload presentations online before the event. You may view the materials during the conference on a laptop, tablet, or smart phone, or print them before the conference if you choose.
Conference attendees are welcome to bring laptops, tablets, and smart phones to view presentations as well as business cards, phone chargers, and notepads. The conference will provide snacks and beverages.
The Ohio Housing Conference employs a photographer to capture images during the conference. It is possible that your photo could be taken at some point during the event. The Ohio Housing Conference only uses these photos for purposes, such as publicity, illustration, and advertising of the event in print and electronic content.
We will not be offering continuing education credits due to the application process and their requirements.
