MODERATED PANEL DISCUSSION
Thursday, April 18, 2024
9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
Ontario’s health system has long aspired to provide integrated care for seniors. At its core, this approach recognizes that seniors require many types of support and care, at varying times, from different providers and in a variety of settings along the health care continuum. It is viewed as a cost-effective method of delivering accessible, coordinated, high-quality care and services. But where are we at in terms of truly integrated seniors’ care? How do both providers and those accessing the system feel about the progress we have made and where we need to go? Join us for a spirited discussion moderated by CEO Lisa Levin who will explore these and other questions with a panel of guests offering a diversity of viewpoints.
