Group Pass (3 or 5) Registration and Invitation Instructions
One person from the company is designated to purchase all of the passes by selecting either Group of 3 or Group of 5. Once the payment is submitted a confirmation will be received with the group code that can either be emailed to all parties or the purchaser can INVITE. If the purchaser is to be part of the group, they will need to register themselves by logging in and going through the registration process fully and entering the code when prompted. On the orders page when you select Conference Pass you will see that it will show $0.00 since you already purchased the group.
To extend the invitation to register others in your group, click the INVITE button to start the process. Enter the person's first name, last name, email addresses and click the SEND INVITE button. Members invited to register as part of your group will receive an email with a registration link that will set their registration cost to $0. They MUST click the link, log in with their email address, reset their password and proceed through the registration process. If you are not attending, you will need to give them the code and they will have to enter it manually when they get to order & payment page.

Students 18+ are invited to register for the conference complimentary. Please note that Student Conference Pass registrations require verification of your student status as a full-time student at an accredited academic institution onsite at check-in. You will be required to provide a .edu email address to register, if you do not have an .edu email your registration will be submitted for approval. If confirmed, you will receive an email stating that your status has been validated and you may proceed with completing your registration for a Student pass. Meals are included in the ticket price but you will need to click on the package to confirm your meal request.

One Day Conference Pass

This pass will provide you with access to all conference sessions including breakout and hands-on sessions, exhibit hall and meal functions on the day selected. If you are attending the conference on Tuesday, there is an additional charge of $250/person to attend the special event. You may add-on the Tuesday Special Event pass during the registration process.

Want a taste of 3DEXPERIENCE World? This pass includes admittance into both the general session and exhibit hall ONLY for all days of the conference. This does NOT include access to breakout sessions, hands-on sessions, meal functions, receptions, or the special event. There is an additional charge of $250/person to attend the special event. You may add-on the Tuesday Special Event pass during the registration process.

Want to attend our Special Event? Full conference passes include access, but if you purchase a One Day or Expo Only pass, you can add-on access to your pass. For planning purposes, the special event registration will close by February 11, 2024. After this time, you will not be able to add the special event to any registration type.

Terms and Conditions for Registration, Attendance and Participation
3DEXPERIENCE World 2024 (“Event”)
Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:
For those attendees that have paid for a conference pass, cancellation requests must be received in writing from the original attendee or credit card owner and received on or before 5:00 PM EST, January 15, 2024 in order to receive any refund of fees. Each cancellation request, for those attendees who have paid for a conference pass, will be subject to a $200 service charge, depending on the cost of the pass, which will be deducted from any amounts refunded. Cancellation requests received after 5:00 PM EST, January 15, 2024 or no shows at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2024 are not entitled to any refund of fees.
Conduct and Attendance:
Attendee (“You,” “you,” “Your”, or “your”) acknowledge that you will not:
- Create a disruption or hindrance of the Event;
- Upload, reproduce, post, display, license, sublicense or otherwise make available any content that is offensive, inappropriate, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, infringing on the rights on any party, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or contrary to any applicable law and/or regulation;
- Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content provided during the Event;
- Upload, reproduce, post, display, license, sublicense or otherwise make available any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available for attendees during the Event;
- Stalk or otherwise harass another attendee of the Event;
- Harm minors in any way; or
- Violate in any manner any applicable law(s).
You may not record or broadcast audio or video of the Event or the Event sessions.
You may not copy or reproduce any trademarks, trade name, or other intellectual property appearing in the Event or in connection with the Event.
Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation (“DS SolidWorks”), in its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove you and terminate your participation in the Event if you fail to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Photographs
During the Event that you are attending, you may submit photographs of yourself taken during the Event to Dassault Systémes. By submitting these photographs to Dassault Systemes, you acknowledge and agree that your image may be stored and used, on any media, worldwide, for as long as needed but no longer than five (5) years, for Dassault Systemes’ marketing and internal and external communication purposes in relation to the Event. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be processed for the purposes described above and according to the Dassault Systemes Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.3ds.com/privacy-policy/contact/.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DASSAULT SYSTÈMES SOLIDWORKS CORPORATION, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY PERSON OR COMPANY RELATED TO THE EVENT (COLLECTIVELY, THE “EVENT PROVIDERS”) BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR OTHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES FOR ANY OF THEIR ACTS OR OMISSIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH EVENT PROVIDER HAS BEEN APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS. IN NO EVENT WILL THE EVENT PROVIDERS’ LIABILITY HEREUNDER, OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO IT BY YOU. THE EVENT PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS IN ANY LISTING OR DESCRIPTIONS OR CONTENT.
THE EVENT PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, HARM OR INJURY TO THE PERSON, PROPERTY, OR BUSINESS OF YOU, OR ANY UNAVAILABILITY OF THE ONLINE ENVIRONMENT, THE EVENT, ACCIDENT, OR ANY OTHER REASON IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT.
Personal Data
DS SolidWorks needs to collect certain Personal Data from you in order for you to attend the Event, 3DEXPERIENCE World 2024. The Personal Data collected for this purpose will be handled by STOVA, a subcontractor acting on behalf of DS SolidWorks.
The processing of your Personal Data by DS SolidWorks and its processor STOVA for the purpose of attending 3DEXPERIENCE World 2024 will be processed in accordance with the Dassault Systèmes privacy policy.
Nth Degree will process and protect your payment information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Declaration
I declare that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions for Registration, Attendance and Participation. For those who have paid for a conference pass, I understand that cancellation requests received on or before 5 PM EST January 15, 2024 will be subject to a $200 service charge, depending on the cost of the pass and that cancellation requests received after 5 PM EST January 15, 2024 or any failure to attend the Event shall not be eligible for a refund of fees.
