Building on the legacy of SOLIDWORKS World, 3DEXPERIENCE World 2024 is an opportunity for designers, engineers, entrepreneurs and business leaders to learn, innovate, collaborate and celebrate together. It’s your must-attend source for innovative tools and technologies that will help you shape the world of design, today and tomorrow.
The conference is Sunday, February 11, 2024 through Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
All main conference activities will take place at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center (650 S Griffin Street, Dallas, TX 75202) in downtown Dallas.
No, the hotels are all within a 5-10 minute walking distance from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
The Special Event will take place on Tuesday, February 13th from 7-10pm at Gilley’s Dallas. We will have live music and other entertainment, as well as food and drinks with a Dallas vibe. This event is open for all full conference pass holders, as well as those Expo Only, Tuesday, and Booth Staff attendees who purchased the Special Event add-on. You must have your badge and photo ID in order to attend the Special Event – there will be no exceptions.
Yes, we will offer shuttles to the event and back to the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. You must have your badge to be able to gain access to the party.

Agenda and Breakout Sessions
There are over 200 breakout sessions of all different topics and skill levels – there really is something for everyone! This year’s breakout session categories range from Mechanical Design to Rendering and Marketing, and a whole lot more! Check out more information on the agenda here.

In order to add sessions to your agenda, you must be registered for the conference. You can register for breakout sessions by logging into the session catalog with your 3DEXPERIENCE World username and password.
Seating for breakout sessions is based upon availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis onsite. There is not a waitlist for breakout sessions.
Hands-On Workshop sessions require pre-registration and are available to customer full conference attendees only. Employees, resellers and press will not be able to register for Hands-On Workshop sessions. If a Hands-On Workshop session reaches capacity, you can select to join the waitlist and you will be notified if space becomes available. There will also be a limited number of theater seats at the back of the Hands-On Workshop rooms for attendees who would like to observe the presentation, but not participate in the hands-on experience. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis onsite.

We would love to have your guest join us at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2024 for our Tuesday Special Event. Full Conference and Reseller attendees can purchase a pass to bring a guest to our Tuesday special event for $250.00.

For those attendees that have paid for a conference pass, cancellation requests must be received in writing from the original attendee or credit card owner and received on or before 5:00 PM EST, January 15, 2024 in order to receive any refund of fees. Each cancellation request, for those attendees who have paid for a conference pass, will be subject to a $200 service charge, depending on the cost of the pass, which will be deducted from any amounts refunded. Cancellation requests received after 5:00 PM EST, January 15, 2024 or no shows at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2024 are not entitled to any refund of fees.
During the registration process when entering your contact details, you will have the opportunity to indicate if you require a visa letter. You will be required to enter your passport number and contact details.

Accommodations
Yes, we have contracted with specific hotels near the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. A full list of hotels and details are located here. Be sure to book your hotel accommodations before the cut-off date of January 21, 2024 in order to get the discounted conference rate. You must book your hotel through the hotel reservation portal in order to get the special rate. After the cut-off date, hotel rooms will be available at the hotel rate.
If you need to make changes to your hotel reservations prior to the cut-off date of January 21, 2024, please contact 3DEXPERIENCEWorldhousing@maritz.com. If changes are required after the cutoff date, please contact the hotel directly starting on January 25, 2024.

We will be streaming all of the conference General Sessions, keynotes, and Domain Sessions. We will also feature interviews with special guests, tours of the Playground and The Hive, Technical presentations and MORE!
Mobile App (Mobile app available starting Monday, February 5, 2024)

You can download the mobile app from the Apple App store, and from the Google Play store.
Please use the credentials you used to create your session schedule for the conference.
The conference app will enable attendees to build personalized agendas, view course information and speaker details, navigate the convention center with interactive maps and floorplans, preview and plan their visit to the 3DEXPERIENCE World Playground, network with other attendees and more.

Registration is located within Lobby D at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. For your reference, this location is right next to the Omni Hotel Skywalk. Registration hours are as follows:

Evening receptions on Sunday and Monday night, and a Special Event on Tuesday are included in this year’s registration pass. We recommend that you dress business casual.
All conference program information is accessible via the 3DEXPERIENCE World 2024 Mobile App. The conference app will be available for download on January 20th and will enable attendees to build personalized agendas, view course information and speaker details, navigate the convention center with interactive maps and floorplans, preview and plan their visit to the 3DEXPERIENCE World Playground, and network with other World attendees. A printed Agenda-At-A-Glance guide will also be available on site at registration.
Pre-Conference Activities
You can register to take a certification exam within the registration system. There are two exam slots available – 10am-2pm and 3pm-7pm. If there isn’t a time listed, the exam slots are completely filled. If you aren’t able to take an exam onsite, you will receive access to take one exam from February 15, 2024 — February 29, 2024.
