The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation's Annual Legislative Conference (ALC) is in-person on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, through Sunday, September 24, 2023, in Washington, D.C.! The 2023 conference, presented by Amazon, marks the 52nd ALC.
This year's theme is Securing Our Democracy. Protecting Our Freedoms. Uplifting Our Culture.
Join us at the the Walter E. Washington Convention Center for five days of premium programming and signature events including the Prayer Breakfast, National Town Hall, Phoenix Awards and Black Party. We are eager to safely convene in person in Washington, DC.
What is the Annual Legislative Conference(ALC)?
The CBCF Annual Legislative Conference (ALC) is the leading policy conference on issues impacting African Americans and the global Black community. Thought leaders, legislators and concerned citizens engage on economic development, civil and social justice, public health and education issues. Join subject experts, industry leaders, elected officials and citizen activists to explore today's issues from an African American perspective.
