KINETCO TRIP RULES

  • All awards/prizes/trips are subject to taxation. Kinetico is required to process a tax document for all North American winners.
  • A salesperson must be employed by an authorized Kinetico dealership when an award/prize/trip is presented and redeemed.
  • Dealership owners are not eligible to win awards/prizes/trips designated for salespeople.
  • Award/Trip winners must adhere to all deadlines (trip registration, submission of W9 forms, award choices, etc.) If a deadline is missed, the winner may forfeit their award/trip.
  • Trips to Kinetico’s exclusive Incentive Trip & Awards Ceremony are by invitation only and may not be purchased unless the dealership has already earned a trip(s) in an award category. Trips for purchase are subject to availability.
  • Kinetico is not responsible for any unforeseen events that may occur on earned trips.
  • All travel and hotel arrangements MUST be booked through Kinetico’s travel partner. If travel and hotel arrangements are made outside of the Kinetico program (online or through a personal travel agency), guests will be charged an additional fee to participate in Kinetico’s private events.
  • Trip winners may use their own money to increase the value of their trips or upgrade their flight accommodations (i.e. first class, comfort seating, etc).
  • It is standard procedure for Kinetico's travel partner to offer trip winners flights with the lowest fares at the nearest, major regional/international airport on major carriers at times that accommodate the day’s agenda. Trip winners are responsible to pay the difference if they prefer another itinerary, carrier or airport.
  • If a trip winner decides to extend their stay outside of Kinetico’s trip dates at a different hotel/resort/property, they are responsible for those arrangements. Kinetico’s travel partner will book flights to the destination but will only reserve rooms and make transfer arrangements for those staying at Kinetico’s chosen resort.
  • If a salesperson earns a trip in more than one award category, only one trip for two will be awarded. If a dealership earns a trip in more than one award category, multiple trips will be awarded; however, the additional trips must be used by current employees (and guests) of the winning dealership.
  • If a salesperson or dealership earns a trip for two but chooses to come alone, no special perks or cash will be given in lieu of a guest.
  • Trips for two are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated.
  • “No shows” and last-minute cancellations (occurring less than 2 weeks before the trip) will incur a service fee of $300 and will be required to reimburse Kinetico for half the cost of the airfare and any other applicable charges.
  • Substitutions (replacing a registered guest with another) will incur a service fee of $300 plus any other applicable charges for airfare or hotel accommodations.
  • Trip registrations made after the published deadline will incur a late fee and will only be accommodated if space is still available. Winner may have to pay a portion of their airfare if the cost increased after the registration deadline.
  • International travel requires passports. Kinetico will not book a flight or hold a room for an individual who does not have a valid passport. The flight arrangements and reservation will only be made when valid passports numbers and expiration dates for both the trip winner/guest are provided. If flight costs increased significantly once passport information has been provided, the trip winner will be responsible for paying the difference. Room reservations are subject to availability.
