DOCUMENTATION
As a U.S. citizen visiting Jamaica, you must have a valid passport. (Passports and other documents accepted for entry must be valid a minimum of 3 months from your arrival day.) For more information regarding passport requirements, U.S. citizens can visit http://www.travel.state.gov or call the National Passport Information Center at 1-877-487-2778. It is recommended that you leave a copy of your passport (a photo copy of the page with your picture, passport number and personal details) with a relative/friend at home and carry an extra copy with your personal belongings in a separate area from the original, should it be lost. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please check with the consulate in your area for proper documentation.
AIR TRANSPORTATION
Air transportation is provided round-trip from a major regional/international airport to Sangster International Airport in Jamaica, on the group dates of April 19 and 22, (April 18 and 22 for Top Performers). Any changes or extensions to your travel plans, dates other than group dates, special required flights or stop overs en route should be requested as soon as possible. Within seven business days of receiving your information, an airline schedule will be emailed to you for your approval. You must approve your flight itinerary with two business days of receiving. Flights will not be issued until your approval is received. If your approval is received beyond the two-day window and rates increase, you will be required to pay the difference.
Any changes or extensions to your travel plans outside the group dates may result in a higher fare at your expense and must be requested prior to your airline ticket being issued. Once tickets have been issued, they are non-refundable and non-transferable, and additional fees may apply for any changes. Additional charges may apply to provide a schedule matching another guest/guests (other than your spouse/companion).
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your flight arrangements, please contact the Travel Leaders Group Department:800 741-4116 option 7 or email groups@travelleaders.com. Please note: All air arrangements will be made by the Travel Leaders Group Department.
