Travel Information


Customers

Customers are responsible for booking their own travel to the event. Please plan to arrive by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 and depart any time on Friday, December 1, 2023. 

Ground Transportation: Airport shuttles will be provided to/from the Fairmont Austin Hotel and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) over the official event dates (Tuesday, November 28 – Friday, December 1).  Transfers outside of the event dates will be the responsibility of each individual. 

Travel Submission Deadline: Wednesday, November 1st. Once you’ve booked your travel, please upload your airfare receipt and travel itinerary into the registration system.

Travel Reimbursement: Customers are eligible for a travel allowance, up to $500, for air travel, mileage, or rental car at the event. Travel costs over $500 will not be reimbursed. Please note that each traveler is responsible for any additional charges such as baggage, upgrades, change fees, or fare charges. Customer travel reimbursement is contingent on full participation in the conference events.

Check Distribution: Travel reimbursement checks will be mailed to you within 45 days following the event.

Associates

Associates are responsible for booking their own travel. Please plan to arrive by 3:00pm on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 and depart any time on Friday, December 1, 2023. CD 102 associates, please plan to arrive any time on Monday November 27th and departing after 6pm on Wednesday November 29th.

Partners

Partners are responsible for booking their own travel and ground transportation to/from the event.

Discounted Airfare

ConferenceDirect has established two Preferred Airlines for CD Forum 2023 with discounted fares for attendees.  Should you wish to take advantage of the discounted fares, please use the links and codes below to book.  Using Southwest and United Airlines are not required for reimbursement.
