Customers/Associates

ConferenceDirect will make room reservations on behalf of all Customers and Associates. Attendees will be asked to provide their requested hotel dates when they register.

Rooms will be located at the Fairmont Austin Hotel and are complimentary for Customers/Associates from Tuesday, November 28 - Friday, December 1. CD102 Associates will receive complimentary room nights from Monday November 27^th – Wednesday November 29^th.

Incidentals are the responsibility of the individual guest; you will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in.

Pre/Post - Event Stays:

For those that wish to extend their stay, a limited number of discounted rate rooms are available for 3 days before and after the official event dates. Please provide your stay requests when registering. ConferenceDirect will make the room reservation on your behalf. Extended reservations are the responsibility of the individual guest and will be subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy.

Post/Post - Event Rates: $259/night (plus applicable taxes and fees).

Cut-off date is Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
