ROOM RATE
$219.00 plus $10 per room per day resort fee and taxes.

Group rate extended 2 days pre and post program dates, based upon hotel’s standard guest room availability.
 

A special room rate is being offered to guests attending our symposium.
Attendees must first register to attend the symposium to receive the registration confirmation email with hotel reservation instructions.

Hotel cancellation policy: Reservations will require a one-night credit card deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to one night room and tax deposit for cancellation fee. All charges will be billed to the individuals credit card

Room Reservations must be booked prior to the cut-off date: Monday, August 7, 2023.
Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space-available basis only and the prevailing rate may change.
