A Message from the Chair, Co-chair and Planning Committee

Please join us in Indian Wells for the 2023 Jon A. Kaswick, MD Symposium for an exceptional two-day program featuring a wide variety of relevant, engaging, and timely Urologic lectures, discussions, and debates.  We have invited national experts to guide us with the latest update and practice patterns and are focusing on networking and teambuilding to help strengthen and unite Kaiser Permanente Urology.

Highlights of this year’s program:

  • Upper tract malignancy – an in-depth session on endoscopic evaluation and treatment as well as radical surgical, therapeutic, and reconstructive options for upper tract disease
  • Lower tract malignancy – approach and surgical intervention for urethral and prostatic urothelial cell carcinoma
  • Role of neoadjuvant therapy and lymph node dissection for upper tract malignancy
  • Beyond Surgery – Palliative care and survivorship for our oncology patients
  • Transitional Urology – Considerations in our complex pediatric patients entering adulthood

Our goal is to provide the latest data and evidence-based medicine to advance your knowledge and understanding of these disease processes and help integrate this into your daily practice.

This symposium will provide an opportunity to reconnect, network, and collaborate during this two-day in person event.  We look forward to strengthening our Kaiser Permanente Urology community with comradery, knowledge, and expertise.
