• All Regional Directors are expected to arrive on Sunday, August 13. Regional Director Meeting begins at 9:00am Monday, August 14. 
• Participants who have received an invitation to attend the Women's Leadership Conference being held on Thursday, August 17 should note that the conference will end at 2:30pm on Thursday, August 17.
• All flights will be scheduled to arrive into  Dallas Fort Worth International Airport or Dallas Love Field by 1:30pm on Monday, August 14, for a 3:00pm meeting. On Wednesday, August 16, flights will depart following the conclusion of the meeting at 3:00pm. Travel itineraries will be communicated via the email address you provide on your registration form.
• Suppliers and Franchise Groups will be responsible for booking their own flights.
