What is the best way to get from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and the Sheraton Grand Seattle?

Taxi/Rideshare is the quickest and most efficient way to get to the venue. Alternatively, if you do not want to take a Taxi/Rideshare, you can take the Light Link Rail. Rail service runs from the airport to downtown Seattle from 5:00 AM - 2:00 AM Monday-Saturday every 6-15 minutes. From the airport, board the rail at the SEATAC-Airport Station and take it to Westlake Station (approx. 45 min.). Westlake Station is a 4-minute walk from the Sheraton Grand Seattle. Find detailed instructions HERE.

When do I need to arrive in Seattle?

You must arrive on Monday (November 13), no later than 4:00 PM local time (PST).

What is the required attire?

Business casual. We recommend bringing a light jacket as meeting rooms can be cold.

During the seminar, dinner will be on your own and you can use this time to visit the area.
