Jamie joined CIBC in 2008. As a member of CIBC Financial Planning & Advice, Jamie works closely with advisors from across CIBC to support their clients and deliver integrated financial planning and strong advisory solutions. He received his B.Com. from McGill University, earned his CPA designation in Ontario and qualified as a U.S. CPA in Illinois. He has also obtained his Certified Financial Planning (CFP) and Chartered Life Underwriting (CLU) designations. Jamie is quoted frequently in the national media as an expert on taxation, writes a weekly column called “Tax Expert” in the National Post, has appeared as a guest on BNN, CTV News, and The National and has been a regular personal finance guest on The Marilyn Denis Show. Jamie also teaches an MBA course in Personal Finance at the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto.

Lana began her career with CIBC in 1990 and has held progressively senior roles in Financial Planning, Private Banking and Wealth Advisory. Lana uses her knowledge and experience to help affluent CIBC clients achieve their financial goals with an emphasis on inter-generational wealth planning. Lana earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from St. Thomas University and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and the Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA) designations. She is currently working towards her Family Enterprise Advisor designation. Lana is an avid supporter of CIBC’s Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and currently co-chairs the Inclusion and Diversity Action Committee on Leadership for Commercial Banking and Wealth Management.
Kathleen Woodard

Kathleen is a seasoned executive at CIBC who in her 25-year tenure at the bank, has held progressively more senior positions across the business. From providing meaningful advice to clients as a Financial Advisor early in her career, to later stepping into various executive roles in Retail Banking, Kathleen and her teams have impacted the bank’s strategy and performance. As the Co-Executive Sponsor for the Women’s Network at CIBC, Kathleen provides governance and oversight for a community of employees dedicated to promoting the diverse and changing needs of women at the bank. Kathleen holds a Master’s Degree of Music from Indiana University, a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Washington, and also holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) as well as Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) designations.
