Q: What is the Family Weekend cancellation policy?

A: If an employee commits to attending Family Weekend & then cancels after July 14, 2023, that employee will be held responsible for the cost of their room(s). Extenuating circumstances to be reviewed case by case. Please contact Events@Systemware.com to discuss.

Room Pricing: $521/night

Q: Whom may I bring?

• If Married:
  • Employee and Spouse
• If Married with Children:
  • Employee, Spouse and Children less than 18 years of age and living at home
  • Employee, Spouse and Children who are full-time college students
• If Single:
  • Employee and 1 Guest
• If Single with Children:
  • Employee and Children less than 18 years of age and living at home
  • Employee and Children who are full-time college students

Q: What is included?

A: 

• One room per family per night (Friday and Saturday only)
  • The resort has multiple room options for accommodating all family sizes. Rooms will be assigned by Systemware according to family size.
• Access to all resort activities as listed on the Activities page of this website. Plus:
  • One family side-by-side mule ride, based on your RSVP.
  • One paid activity per person as listed on the Activities page of this website, based on your RSVP.
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday.
• Hosted bar beginning at 2:00 pm on Saturday.

Q: Will childcare services be provided?

A: Childcare services will not be provided by Systemware or Rough Creek Lodge. All children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
